The Hiring Company (THC) is India's first recruitment marketplace for the Blue and Grey collar job sector. THC aims to make hiring a collaborative effort to bridge the employment gap in India. In the last three years, THC has placed over 30,000 job seekers across the country and is looking to scale operations further.

Role Overview:

The Head of Recruitment Operations will lead recruitment operations across all of THC’s verticals, with a particular focus on IT recruitment. This role involves driving operational efficiency, developing recruitment strategies, managing client relationships, and ensuring high-quality talent acquisition services. The ideal candidate will also bring experience in IT recruitment to enhance the company's capabilities in this area.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Recruitment Planning: Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with THC’s business goals, with a focus on IT and blue/grey collar sectors. Implement scalable recruitment processes to handle high-volume hiring. Ensure the recruitment function is aligned with industry best practices and technological advancements, particularly in IT recruitment.

Operational Excellence: Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle to ensure timely and cost-effective hiring. Manage and lead a recruitment team, ensuring they meet client demands and operational goals. Optimize workflows for sourcing, screening, onboarding, and data management, focusing on both IT and non-IT roles.

IT Recruitment Expertise: Leverage expertise in IT recruitment to guide the team in sourcing and hiring technical talent. Keep up with the latest trends in IT recruitment and implement tools and strategies for sourcing top IT talent. Build a talent pool of IT professionals to meet client demands in the tech space.

Team Leadership and Development: Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing training and guidance on both IT and non-IT recruitment strategies. Set performance goals, track KPIs, and provide continuous feedback to the recruitment team. Foster a culture of accountability and high performance within the recruitment team.

Client Relationship Management: Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and tailor recruitment solutions accordingly. Serve as the main point of contact for major clients, ensuring smooth recruitment operations and service delivery. Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to support business growth.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in recruitment operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Proven track record in IT recruitment and experience in managing large recruitment operations across various sectors. Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices in both IT and non-IT hiring. Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. Experience in scaling recruitment operations for fast-growing organizations. Strong client management and relationship-building skills.
