We are looking for a Senior User Experience Designer with extensive product design expertise to join our team. In this role you will create innovative experiences for our next generation cloud products that are highly usable and emotionally engaging. Working from a deep understanding of user-centered design methodologies you will work directly with our agile development and product management teams to ensure that your vision is implemented, and its value is experienced by the user.


Role and Responsibilities

  • Analyze business problems and user needs and translate them into innovative design solutions.
  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team to design user interactions from ideation to validation and implementation.
  • Create interactive prototypes for stakeholder reviews and user research
  • Quickly iterate on multiple design explorations to arrive at usable solutions, accounting for complex requirements.
  • Help define a visual design language that effectively communicates brand and product identity.
  • Create style guide and pattern library assets, visual artifacts including mock-ups, prototypes, iconography, and design specs.


Qualifications

  • Strong online portfolio showcasing excellent UX design skills.
  • Thorough understanding of interaction design principles and methods.
  • Excellent prototyping skills with the ability to show complex interactions.
  • Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe CC, Figma, Sketch, Axure.
  • Attention to detail, a keen sense for aesthetics, and the ability to listen and synthesize tasks and requirements into elegant workflows.
  • Working knowledge of user research methods.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience designing enterprise-grade business products.
  • Four-year degree in Visual Design, Industrial Design, HCI or relevant field, or equivalent.
