About the Role :
The incumbent will manage and service IVF equipment, meeting service and spare parts targets by building and maintaining relationships with embryologists and clinicians. - Proven experience in achieving Service and Spares parts targets within an assigned territory.
- Must have technical and product knowledge of micromanipulators, incubators, laminar flow systems and microscopes.
- Should have an in-depth understanding of IVF Equipment, including product features and servicing requirements.
- Ability to manage customer interactions and maintain strong relationships with embryologists and clinicians in IVF Labs.
- Experience in using CRM and SAP for product and customer related information.
- Skilled in report creation and daily activity reporting to the reporting manager.
- Capable of working closely with the sales team.
Job Specification:
- Technical Support and to achieve the assigned service target.
- Having a good exposure in medical instruments maintenance and troubleshooting.
- In Depth understanding of IVF equipment and consumables markets.
- A willingness to travel extensively across the region.
- Positive attitude with good team player skills.
Qualification - BE/B.Tech in Electrical/Electronic/Biomedical Engineering.
Experience - 2 to 4 Years
