Dear All TCS is firing for ServiceNow CMDB with discovery Role!! Location: Hyderabad/Bangalore Experience: 5 to 10 years

Must have skills

Develop and maintain discovery patterns and probes to capture relevant information from diverse IT resources Manages and improves ServiceNow Discovery and ServiceNow Services Mapping for cloud inventory Provides governance to ensure the integrity of the Configuration Management Database Designs enhancements/improvements for the maturity of the CMDB and Configuration Management process and translates them into business requirements Prepares and develops time estimates for new assignments Works with team members to review project tasks, decides best plan of action and properly executes those Leads the preparation and completion of project documentation Maintains proper reports and/or prepare ad-hoc reports using available software tools

What your background looks like Minimum 5 yrs of work experience with 3 years related work experience in the areas of ServiceNow CMDB Hands on experience with ServiceNow Discovery Good working knowledge of ServiceNow Admin Strong problem solving and analytical skills Strong oral and written communication skills Proven earlier job stability, including supporting long-term work relationships with former employers Ability to collaborate effectively and work as part of a team
