Developing, configuring, and customizing the ServiceNow platform to fit business requirements. ServiceNow development including experience in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting languages. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements Code reviews and quality control checks should be undertaken as part of every project to guarantee maximum efficiency and productivity. Debugging and fixing technical problems Managing the platform: ServiceNow developers may manage the platform and infrastructure, including handling architectural changes, integrations, and new module implementation. Manage ServiceNow installations for the cyber and strategic risk teams Producing and running test cases to guarantee software quality.
