Skilled ServiceNow TSOM Developer with extensive experience in developing and implementing ServiceNow applications, specifically within the Telecommunications Service Operations Management (TSOM) domain. This role involves customizing applications, integrating with other systems, and ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction. The candidate should have experience in managing and optimizing telecommunications service operations. This role involves view of designing, implementing, and maintaining telecommunications systems to ensure efficient and reliable service delivery.


- Must Have

- At least 6 yrs of development experience (no administration) on ServiceNow platform

- At least 2 yrs of integrations experience with ServiceNow

- Certified Application Developer with experience of developing at least 2 custom apps

- Experience of Telecom business and domain ;
ServiceNow TSM modules

*For Senior developer the minimum experience required is 8-10 yrs;

- Key Responsibilities

- Develop and Implement Solutions:
Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow TSOM applications to meet business requirements.

- Customization:
Customize ServiceNow applications, including screen tailoring, workflow administration, and report setup.

- Integration:
Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems and applications using REST/SOAP APIs.

- Troubleshooting:
Identify and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications, ensuring minimal downtime.

- Documentation:
Create and maintain technical documentation for ServiceNow applications and integrations.

- Performance Optimization:
Monitor and optimize the performance of ServiceNow applications.

- Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

- Training and Support:
Provide training and support to end-users and other stakeholders.

- Technical Skills:

o Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.

o Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Glide, Jelly Scripting, and MID Server.

o Strong understanding of ITSM, ITOM, and other ServiceNow modules.

o CSDM Fundamentals, Telco Product modelling using CSDM

o Trained on TSM for ITSM Specialist & Verizon Case Study

o Tools & Technologies:
REST/SOAP APIs, Glide, Jelly Scripting, MID Server

- Certifications:

o Certified ServiceNow System Administrator.

o Certified Application Developer.

o ServiceNow TSM understanding

o ITIL Foundation Certification (preferred).

o Certified Implementation Specialist CSM
