We are looking for a well-organized site engineer with strong leadership skills to join our growing team. As a site engineer, you will monitor diversified aspects of site or project management. This will include planning, coordination and supervision of on-site activities. You will ensure all aspects of the project align with engineering and design specifications, industry standards.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Preparing site reports and logging progress.
  • Supervising and managing the projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
  • Reporting project updates, milestones and potential risks to the project team manager
  • Analysing and interpreting engineering drawings, measurements and other technical documentation
  • Planning and overseeing allocating resources, materials and equipment to optimize project efficiency
  • Providing technical guidance and expertise to resolve product-related challenges
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues and ensure compliance with engineering and design requirements
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, site diaries, change orders and quality control measures.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at various stages of their lifecycle.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and coordinate with client and middle management
  • Attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Visit different residential or commercial properties located all across the city to conduct inspections.
  • Quality inspection would involve inspecting doors, windows, wood works, fittings etc.
  • Measurement of the carpet area of the property.
  • Good knowledge of making All types of material BOQ and BBS.
  • Assist with the overall total cost estimate for the work to be performed:
    labour, material, and outside services.
  • Actively participate in scheduling meetings with operation managers to finalize priority of work orders, optimum downtime windows, and necessary lead times.
  • Maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors and other key influencers in the industry


Qualification:


  • A bachelor’s degree in civil engineering / Diploma
  • 6-10 years of experience
  • Salary 11 LPA
