As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing day-to-day activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and ensuring timely completion of projects. This is a full-time position based in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications and Skills</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Junior: 1 to 3 years of experience in site supervision or a related field</li><li>Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant discipline</li><li>In-depth knowledge of construction processes, procedures, and best practices</li><li>Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders</li><li>Sound understanding of safety regulations and the ability to enforce them</li><li>Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities</li><li>Proficiency in using construction management software and tools</li><li>Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines</li><li>Valid driver's license</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Roles and Responsibilities</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Supervise and coordinate construction activities at site, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations</li><li>Oversee the work of contractors, subcontractors, and other workers at the site</li><li>Monitor the progress of construction projects, including keeping records, and preparing reports on project status</li><li>Ensure adherence to quality standards and timely completion of projects</li><li>Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to resolve any technical issues that may arise during construction</li><li>Inspect and review the work performed at the site, identifying any defects or deficiencies</li><li>Coordinate and schedule deliveries of materials, equipment, and machinery to the site</li><li>Maintain accurate documentation of site activities, including daily reports, work progress, and any incidents or accidents that occur</li><li>Enforce safety protocols and promote a safe working environment for all personnel at the site</li><li>Train and supervise construction workers, providing guidance and instructions as necessary</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p>
