Delivery Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Analyst with deep expertise in the equity market and experience managing BFSI sector financials. The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of sector-specific data, company financials, and accounting standards. This role requires exceptional analytical and communication skills, a strong customer focus, and proven experience in team management. Key Responsibilities: Financial Analysis & Reporting: Analyze and interpret company financials, focusing on the BFSI sector. Develop and maintain sector-specific data/metrics to support financial analysis. Review and enhance financial reporting processes, ensuring compliance with USGAAP and IFRS standards. Generate detailed financial reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and clients. Data Management & Metrics: Track and drive client-defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and internal performance metrics. Utilize advanced MS-Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) to manage and analyze financial data effectively. Client and Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate complex financial concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on financial data analysis. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of at least 15 team members, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment. Oversee team performance, ensuring alignment with departmental goals and client expectations. Creative Problem Solving: Design and execute experiments to test financial hypotheses and interpret results creatively. Address and resolve financial issues with innovative solutions and strategic thinking. Customer Focus: Maintain a strong focus on customer needs and deliver high-quality financial insights and support. Take ownership of projects and drive results to meet or exceed client and company expectations. Qualifications: Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA) preferred. Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, with specific experience in the BFSI sector. Knowledge:

In-depth understanding of equity market finance, company financials, financial metrics, and ratios. Proficiency in USGAAP and IFRS. Skills: Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills. Strong proficiency in MS-Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proven ability to manage and lead a team effectively. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
