Social Media and Marketing Manager

Re:Set is looking for a social media marketing manager with 3+ years of experience to manage our social media content and growth.

This is a work-from-home opportunity in India. Our ideal candidate is a passionate, creative, and experienced social media professional with a background in psychology/mental health or journalism strongly preferred. Responsibilities : Creating and writing content around mental health and managing a schedule for social media content across platforms Monitor and report social media and web analytics through Google Analytics and Meta Analytics.

Develop a marketing strategy to measure and optimize for reach, engagement and conversion metrics to reach decision-makers and drive growth. Develop and implement social media brand strategies, campaigns, and plans to build brand/company awareness Working closely with the Founder, and Chief Marketing Officer to execute marketing campaigns in line with company sales strategy and goals Working closely with the Psychology Lead to pitch new ideas and create content for the website Plan paid social media advertising strategies and budgets Candidates must have: Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience in growth marketing and content marketing preferred 3+ years of experience in managing social media for B2B clients Prior experience in working with mental health content is an advantage Experience working cross-functionally with various stakeholders and teams Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven content and marketing decisions Skilled in planning, implementing, and ensuring projects stay on schedule, with a keen eye for detail.
