Job Responsibilities: Design and implement overall recruiting strategy Track hiring performance metrics and identify areas for improvement Liaise with hiring managers on recruitment needs, design and implement a holistic recruiting strategy Develop, propose, and update job descriptions and job specifications Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job portals/social media/colleges etc Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc Screen candidates' resumes and job applications Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within the schedule Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes Manage the full cycle of talent acquisition cycle including but not limited to talent sourcing, assessment, selection, offer process management, on-boarding and exit proceedings. Exhibit strong resourcefulness in implementing innovative and effective sourcing strategies to help meet manpower needs and build talent pipeline for the company. Requirements: Degree in Human Resource Management or any relevant studies Minimum 9 years of experience either as in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter Experience with various selection process (phone interview, reference check, etc.) Experience recruiting in IT related field would be preferred. Familiar with local and international employment rules and regulations. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
