CANDIDATE PROFILE

We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and enhancing our social media presence across all platforms. The role requires a creative thinker with strong communication skills and a deep understanding of social media trends, particularly in the education sector.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in social media management, preferably within the education sector, with proven experience leading a team.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube) and their respective audiences.
• Proven experience in content creation and community management.
• Proficiency in social media tools and analytics platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Experience in graphic design or video editing tools.
• Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies.
• Prior experience working in an educational institution or similar environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with Shikha Academy's goals.
• Create and manage engaging content across platforms (text, images, videos).
• Monitor and respond to audience interactions, fostering community engagement.
• Track social media performance and provide insights for improvement.
• Manage paid social media campaigns and optimize for maximum ROI.
• Collaborate with influencers and partners to enhance brand reach.
• Stay updated on social media trends and implement new strategies accordingly.
