We're looking for someone who truly relates with the following: Social Media Passion/Digital Addict Researcher: You need to be able to note new trends, read the most recent and relevant blogs on social marketing, and be able to find answers to questions or difficulties you encounter. Content Creator: We need a savvy writer who is a pro at developing posts and generating ideas. Planner: Setting weekly schedules, goals, deadlines, and monthly and quarterly projections. Organization, diligence, and staying on top of things. Visualiser: While we have an in-house design team, we will need you to ideate and help create the design. Engager: You need to have a knack for user engagement, be strategic about where you focus your efforts. Account Manager: Handle clients. Toughest job. Copywriter: Condensing large posts/idea to a captivating sentence on social media takes skill. Ranges from writing a caption for a photo on Instagram or crafting the text for a Tweet.

Must have/be: Strong computer skills, knowledge of social media platforms, excellent communication skills, creativity, adaptability, hardworking, alert.

Responsibilities and Duties Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy Define most important social media KPIs Manage and oversee social media content Measure the success of every social media campaign Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies Use social media marketing tools such as Buffer Attend educational conferences Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network Hire and train others in the team Provide constructive feedback

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications 3+ years of social media marketing experience (prefer to have account management experience) Experience including but not limited to Facebook, LinkedIn, Google+, Twitter, YouTube, and more Knowledge of social media and analytics software Working knowledge of social media paid advertising campaigns, including Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter Ability to blog about social media based on research, experience, and relevant social media news Should have a basic understanding of other media platforms like search, display, etc
