The Social Media Executive is responsible for managing and executing the social media strategy for the company. This role involves creating and curating engaging content, managing social media accounts, analyzing performance metrics, and staying up-to-date with social media trends. The Social Media Executive will work closely with the marketing team to enhance the brand’s online presence and drive audience engagement. Key Responsibilities: Content Creation and Management: Develop and implement social media content strategies that align with the company’s brand and marketing goals. Create, edit, and publish engaging content including text, images, videos, and infographics for various social media platforms. Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely posting across all social media channels. Social Media Account Management: Manage and optimize the company’s social media profiles and pages (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, , Instagram, TikTok). Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions on social media channels in a timely and professional manner. Engage with followers, influencers, and relevant communities to build relationships and enhance brand presence. Strategy and Planning: Assist in developing social media strategies and campaigns that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions. Research and analyze social media trends, competitors, and industry best practices to inform content and strategy. Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives. Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics (e.g., engagement rates, reach, impressions) using analytics tools and platforms. Prepare regular reports on social media performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement. Track and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to meet objectives. Advertising and Promotion: Assist in creating and managing social media advertising campaigns, including targeting, budgeting, and optimization. Develop and implement strategies for paid social media promotions to increase visibility and engagement. Brand Advocacy and Crisis Management: Act as a brand advocate on social media, ensuring consistent messaging and tone across all platforms. Address and manage any negative feedback or social media crises in a professional manner, escalating issues when necessary. Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with graphic designers, content creators, and other team members to produce high-quality social media content. Coordinate with external partners, influencers, and agencies as needed to support social media campaigns and initiatives. Qualifications: Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Experience:

1-3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing. Experience with social media platforms and tools is essential. Skills: Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices. Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills. Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
