Job Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Marketing Specialist to develop and execute innovative social media strategies that elevate brand awareness, drive engagement, and grow our online communities. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media platforms, audience behavior, and content optimization, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful campaigns that align with client goals.

Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and optimize comprehensive social media strategies across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.). Create, schedule, and manage compelling content (images, videos, copy) that engages target audiences and builds brand loyalty. Monitor and respond to audience interactions, ensuring timely and meaningful engagement with followers. Use social media management and analytics tools to track performance metrics, providing regular reports with actionable insights for improvement. Manage paid social media advertising campaigns, including setting budgets, targeting audiences, and optimizing performance for maximum ROI. Collaborate with the content, design, and influencer teams to align campaigns and maintain a consistent brand voice across all social platforms. Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure strategies remain innovative and effective. Identify and cultivate relationships with influencers and brand advocates to enhance reach and visibility. Monitor competitors and industry trends to refine strategies and maintain a competitive edge. Analyze campaign performance and recommend adjustments to improve engagement, reach, and conversions.

Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in social media marketing, with proven success in driving growth and engagement. In-depth knowledge of all major social media platforms and their best practices. Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social) and analytics software. Strong understanding of social media advertising, audience targeting, and paid campaign optimization. Excellent content creation skills, including writing, visual storytelling, and multimedia content development. Data-driven with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Highly creative, with an eye for design and attention to detail. Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
