Role Overview:
We are looking for an SDE-2(Full-Stack) to join our Technical team. The position presents an opportunity to:
- Design, implement, and maintain backend services and APIs for our Web Applications.
- Manage the exchange of data between the server and the users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve reported technical issues to ensure the stability and reliability of the application.
- Continuously suggest and implement improvements to make our development processes more efficient and to keep our technology stack up to date.
- You will also be responsible for the integration of the front-end frameworks.
Requirements:
● Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/B. Tech/ M. tech/MCA
● Experience:
2-4 Years of proven work experience on full-stack and distributed systems.
● Proficiency in MERN stack development.
● Exposure to multiple programming languages/frameworks is great for your candidature.
● Ability to think critically and understand the problem well.
● Knowledge of database technologies NoSQL, SQL, or both.
● Proficient in using at lest one programming languages among Node.Js, Java, or Python etc.
● Development experience for dependency management using tools like Maven, NPM, etc.
● Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
● Development experience using Git version control framework

Key Responsibilities:
- Server-Side Development:
Design, develop, and maintain server-side logic and APIs using backend programming languages such as Java, Python, or Node. Implement scalable and efficient solutions that meet the requirements of the application architecture.
- Database Management:
Design and optimize database schemas to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval. Write complex MySQL queries and optimize database performance. Implement database security measures to protect sensitive data.
- Performance Optimization:
Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in backend systems. Optimize code, database queries, and system architecture for improved scalability and responsiveness.
- Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with frontend developers, UX designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend systems. Communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical team members and stakeholders.
- Continuous Learning and Improvement:
Stay updated with the latest developments in backend development technologies, tools, and best practices. Continuously improve coding skills and adopt new techniques to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of backend development processes.
- Documentation and Maintenance:
Document technical specifications, API endpoints, and system architecture for reference and future maintenance. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for backend systems, including troubleshooting and bug fixing.
