JOB LOCATION: Navi Mumbai

The candidate should have a good interest in playing games. He will need to play the games and understand it completely to help players over email and reviews. Responsible for communicating with the players and solving their problems and providing excellent customer service. You will also deliver player feedback and bugs reported by players to our game teams and support them to provide solutions. You will work closely with our internal teams to stay up to date on new and upcoming features.

Experience: 0-1 year
