Assistant Vice President - Technical Architect, Wealth and Retirements

Genpact is looking for a Technical Architect with good functional experience in capital markets domain – wealth operations, post trade processing etc.

Responsibilities

• Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Design system architectures, including software, hardware, network, and integration components. • Technology Evaluation: Assess and recommend appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools based on business needs, scalability, performance, security, and cost-effectiveness. • System Integration: Design and oversee the integration of various systems and components to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability. Define integration patterns, protocols, and interfaces. • Technical Guidance: Provide technical guidance and expertise to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural principles, coding standards, and best practices. Review and approve technical design documents. • Performance Optimization: Identify performance bottlenecks and design solutions to optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability. Conduct performance testing and analysis to validate system performance. • Security and Compliance: Define and enforce security standards and protocols to protect systems and data. Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards. • Risk Management: Identify and assess technical risks associated with the solution design, including potential security vulnerabilities, performance issues, and integration challenges. Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans. • Technical Project Management: Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to develop project plans, estimate effort and resources, and track progress. Provide technical leadership and support throughout the project lifecycle. • Documentation: Create and maintain architectural documentation, including system diagrams, design specifications, deployment plans, and technical standards. Communicate and present technical solutions to stakeholders. • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as business analysts, developers, testers, and infrastructure teams, to ensure alignment and effective implementation of technical solutions. Communicate technical concepts and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders. • Technology Trends and Innovation: Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices. Evaluate the applicability and potential impact of new technologies on existing systems and future projects. Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications / Skills
