Sourcing Manager

Job Description:

The Sourcing Manager is responsible for managing procurement and vendor relations for a specific book of business, ensuring cost-effective solutions, and maintaining high customer satisfaction. This role involves creating detailed bid specifications, managing proprietary customer SKUs, and engaging in cost containment strategies to maximize profitability.

1) Cost Containment and Efficiency:
Suggest alternate construction methods to increase efficiency and profitability. Analyze to determine cost-effective solutions with optimal performance.

2)End to end knowlwdge on Sourcing

3) Conducting effective resource planning to maximize the productivity of resources

4) Evaluate performance with key metrics

5) Knowledge of performance evaluation and customer service metrics

6) To establish procedures for maintaining high standards of fulfillment, reliability and accuracy and manage quality and service improvement initiatives

7) Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure alignment and collaboration on initiatives.

8) Monitor team performance and productivity, identifying areas for improvement and implementing action plans to address issues.
