👉 Spa Therapist Position
We are looking for a Spa Therapist who will be responsible for delivering a variety of spa services (body treatments, massages, facials, waxing, and manicure/pedicure) in a safe and comfortable manner.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of various spa treatments, be able
to recommend appropriate services to clients, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
A Spa Therapist must provide an exceptional experience to clients to promote relaxation, rejuvenation, and overall well-being.To be responsible for our salon's day-to-day operations.
👉 Essential Job Functions
1. Perform Spa Services:
- Deliver a variety of spa services such as massages, facials, body treatments, manicures, pedicures,
and waxing.
- Customize treatments according to clients’ needs and preferences.
- Ensure all services are performed with the highest standards of professionalism and hygiene.
2. Client Interaction:
- Greet clients warmly and make them feel welcome.
- Conduct consultations to understand clients’ needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
- Provide information about available treatments and services.
3. Maintain Cleanliness and Hygiene:

Keep the treatment rooms and equipment clean and sanitized.
- Ensure towels, robes, and linens are replaced after each client and laundered properly.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
4. Product Knowledge:
- Stay informed about spa products and their benefits.
- Upsell spa products and services when appropriate.
- Maintain product inventory and notify the Spa Manager of replenishment needs.
5. Customer Service:
- Ensure clients have a memorable and satisfying experience.
- Address any client concerns or complaints in a professional manner.
- Follow up with clients to gather feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.
6. Professional Development:
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, techniques, and best practices.
- Attend training sessions and workshops as required.
- Maintain all necessary certifications and licenses.
👉 Education and Experience
Certification or diploma in massage therapy, cosmetology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Spa Therapist or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of spa treatments, including massages, facials, and body therapies.
Ability to communicate effectively and provide excellent customer service.
Good physical stamina and strength.
High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
