Job Description:

Handle travel related queries of traveling employees who is the Primary stake holders. Assistance and manage the booking of flights, car, and hotel accommodation. Work closely with external travel agencies and travel management companies to source and book flights and hotel accommodations for all areas of the Group. Handle VISA queries. Handle emergency travel arrangements Develop tools and training material to facilitate ease of travel process. Conduct awareness and training sessions. Facilitate to arrange necessary payment closures. Update the travel schedule, maintain management information files, and reconcile credit card transactions. Respond to general travel enquiries in a professional and timely manner. Record savings and missed opportunities. Provide monthly spend/activity and ad-hoc reports to finance and budget holders.

Qualification & Experience:

Postgraduate in any discipline (Mandatory) Hands on experience in Customer Relationship and Vendor Management. Hands on experience in hospitality or travel sector will be an added advantage. Experience of having driven change or process improvements in own area of control (Essential) Minimum work experience of 3 years
