Job Description:


  • Handle travel related queries of traveling employees who is the Primary stake holders.
  • Assistance and manage the booking of flights, car, and hotel accommodation.
  • Work closely with external travel agencies and travel management companies to source and book flights and hotel accommodations for all areas of the Group.
  • Handle VISA queries.
  • Handle emergency travel arrangements
  • Develop tools and training material to facilitate ease of travel process.
  • Conduct awareness and training sessions.
  • Facilitate to arrange necessary payment closures.
  • Update the travel schedule, maintain management information files, and reconcile credit card transactions.
  • Respond to general travel enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Record savings and missed opportunities.
  • Provide monthly spend/activity and ad-hoc reports to finance and budget holders.



Qualification & Experience:



  • Postgraduate in any discipline (Mandatory)
  • Hands on experience in Customer Relationship and Vendor Management.
  • Hands on experience in hospitality or travel sector will be an added advantage.
  • Experience of having driven change or process improvements in own area of control (Essential)
  • Minimum work experience of 3 years
