Job Overview As a Recruiter and Administrative Support , you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting talent for various roles within our company, while also providing essential administrative support. You will play a key role in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, as well as ensuring the efficient running of daily office operations. Key Responsibilities Recruitment Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles using and other platforms. Manage the entire recruitment process, from job postings and candidate outreach to interviews and offer negotiations. Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates and talent pools. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions. Track and report recruitment metrics and maintain candidate databases. Administrative Support Assist in daily office tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements. Organize and maintain company records, files, and databases. Provide general support to ensure smooth office operations, including data entry, document preparation, and report generation. Assist with onboarding new hires by preparing documentation and scheduling orientations. Perform other clerical and administrative duties as assigned. Requirements Recruitment experience : 1-2 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition. Administrative skills : Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with experience in administrative roles. Proficiency in , job boards, and recruitment tools. Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with candidates and team members professionally. A proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
