Key Responsibilities:

Account Management & Innovation: o
Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, understanding their business goals and providing cutting-edge, innovative solutions that align with the latest global trends. o
Continuously research and analyze industry developments, global market trends, and competitive strategies to bring fresh ideas and insights to the table for client offerings. o
Offer tailored, strategic solutions that address client needs while setting Livewire apart as a leader in experiential marketing and events.
2.
Revenue Growth & Profitability: o
Develop strategies to grow revenue share and maintain profitability from key accounts. o
Identify opportunities for innovation and upselling to maximize account growth. o
Create and present proposals that align with both client goals and company financial objectives. o
Increase the Agency’s share of the Piec through existing accounts.
3.
Collaboration & Project Delivery: o
Work closely with internal teams, including operations, production, and design, to ensure timely and high-quality project execution. o
Collaborate with the production and design teams to bring creative concepts to life, ensuring they meet client expectations. o
Ensure that all teams are aligned and working together to deliver seamless, on-brand, and innovative projects for the client. o
Oversee perfect delivery of the event and post event report , invoicing & formalities
4.
Client Solutions & Pitches : o
Stay updated on the latest global market trends, technologies, and experiential marketing innovations, and bring these insights to clients to enhance their event experiences. o
Provide clients with well-researched, data-backed insights to inform decision-making and ensure that all solutions are forward-thinking , achievable & impactful. o
Create Impactful pitch decks , proposals and commercial estimates that would convert
5.
Escalation & Issue Management: o
Actively manage potential client issues, ensuring quick resolutions and maintaining strong, positive relationships. o
Maintain open communication with clients to mitigate any challenges and proactively offer solutions before problems arise.
6.
Strategic Leadership: o
Provide strategic leadership in client servicing, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term retention. o
Ensure every project delivered offers maximum client impact while minimizing escalations.
Key Skills & Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in account management or client servicing within the advertising, experiential, or event industries. Proven experience working with global brands across various industries, with a strong understanding of their expectations. Strong ability to offer innovative, research-driven solutions that leverage global trends. Demonstrated success in collaborating with cross-functional teams (operations, production, and design) to deliver high-quality projects. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of delivery. Ability to work on revenue targets from the key accounts. Strong business acumen and an eye for opportunities to grow accounts profitably.
