Responsible to participates in all strategic initiatives taken by PMS team Designing and implementing initiatives around Competency Development, Talent Development , Succession Planning and Job Family framework. Actively involved in all activities related to PMS (Goal Setting, Midterm, Fresher, Annual Review, Promotion Activities, Communication with the Leaders, Generating Reports, Data Analysis etc.)

Qualified profiles with experience into Organization Design , competency mapping , Job Family framework, Job Architecture is mandatory . Location : Pune , Hyderabad
