Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Chemistry Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will deliver captivating Chemistry content adhering to CBSE standards, nurture students' understanding of chemical sciences, promote analytical thinking, and prepare students for higher education and careers in chemistry and related fields.

Responsibilities:

1. Curriculum Delivery:
   

• Design and execute engaging Chemistry lessons that inspire students.
• Integrate practical experiments and demonstrations to enhance learning.

1. Lesson Planning:
   

• Develop structured and comprehensive lesson plans aligned with CBSE guidelines.
• Continuously update and improve lesson content to keep it relevant and engaging.

1. Student Assessment:
   

• Evaluate student progress through regular assessments and maintain accurate records.
• Provide constructive feedback to students to foster their academic growth.

1. Classroom Management:
   

• Maintain discipline and create a positive, inclusive learning environment.
• Implement effective classroom management strategies to optimize learning time.

1. Parental Engagement:
   

• Communicate openly and regularly with parents regarding student progress and concerns.
• Participate in parent-teacher meetings and school events to foster a collaborative school community.

1. Professional Development:
   

• Engage in continuous professional development and stay updated with the latest educational trends.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve teaching methods.

Qualifications:

• Founder Level:
  
• 1-3 years of experience, Postgraduate degree in Chemistry, and B.Ed.
• Master Level:
  
• 4-8 years of experience, Postgraduate degree in Chemistry, and B.Ed.
• Developer Level:
  
• 9+ years of experience, Postgraduate degree in Chemistry, and B.Ed or M.Ed.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in teaching IIT-level courses is highly desirable.

Screening Process:

1. Written Test:
   Subject-specific exam in Chemistry.
2. Proficiency Test:
   Assessment of MS Office skills.
3. Reading Test:
   Conducted via Microsoft Teams.
4. Teaching Demonstration:
   Mock classroom session to evaluate teaching skills.
