Job Purpose

This role is essential in driving business growth through proactive identification and generation of new business opportunities. Key duties include developing strong customer relationships, executing sales processes from initiation to closure, delivering compelling presentations and assisting with sales objections to meet company objectives. Additionally, proactive approach to market research will be crucial in achieving ambitious sales targets, contributing significantly to the team’s success and market expansion efforts.

Job Responsibilities Identify, generate new business prospects and supervise lead generation efforts to increase the pool of potential customers. Develop compelling presentations that highlight unique selling points (USPs) and differentiate product features effectively. Visit potential decision-makers to raise awareness, provide optimal product recommendations, deliver tailored solution presentations and cultivate long-term relationships. Supervise and ensure submission of right techno-commercial offers timely, perform proper sales follow-up, and assist manager in handling customer objections to close the deal successfully. Supervise post order & Pre-dispatch activities, ensuring productive follow-ups for on-time payments and executing accurate sales processes. Conduct marketing research and propose strategies to position the product effectively. Prepare and submit timely reports on key efforts and results to the reporting manager.

Person Specifications Mandatory B.E/B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Electricals, Instrumentation or Mechatronics. 2-3 years' experience in successful lead generation and techno-commercial presentations. Physically fit with a mindset for 15 days/month sales visits, adept at delivering techno-commercial presentations. Proactive learning approach to acquire competencies for bridging gaps and career advancement. Proficient in writing, comprehending, and developing persuasive email content and contextual presentations. Confident speaking with Indian/export clients in English/Hindi.
