As a Sr Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex solutions that meet the business requirements of our clients. This is a full-time position based in Pune, Maharashtra, India with an executive role. The ideal candidate should have more than 10 years of experience in solution architecture.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications and Skills</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Sr Solution / Enterprise Architect (Windchill):</strong></p><ol><li>15+ years experience as Solution Architect with PLM Enterprise Systems, in including but not limited to Windchill, Creo, ThingWorx etc.</li><li>Hands on with various activities involved in life cycle and experience in Cloud is must</li><li>Strong experience in Defining, implementing & tuning various components in Windchill architecture and various tenets and strong in solution design.</li><li>Should have strong experience in configurations, customizations, administration (business and systems), and other tenets of managing Windchill system. </li><li>Should have worked on implementation, data migration and customization projects</li><li>Strong customer focus and experience in handling large and complex engagements</li><li>Has worked directly with onsite and offshore teams from execution standpoint.</li></ol><p><br></p><p><strong>Roles and Responsibilities</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Design and implement innovative and high-quality technical solutions that meet the business requirements</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the architecture and technical design of projects</li><li>Conduct analysis of current systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization</li><li>Provide expertise in the selection and implementation of technology solutions</li><li>Lead and mentor a team of developers and engineers</li><li>Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of solutions</li><li>Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies</li><li>Manage and prioritize multiple projects and deliverables</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p>
