MEP Billing Engineer (Real Estate)

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an MEP Billing Manager at Assotech Ranchi. The MEP Billing Manager will be responsible for overseeing the billing process, managing invoicing, and optimizing billing systems. The role will involve utilizing analytical skills to ensure efficient revenue cycle management. Key Responsibilities: Billing Management:

Prepare and verify MEP bills, including quantity estimation, rate analysis, and invoice verification. Documentation : Maintain and update billing records, including contractor bills, work orders, and purchase orders. Coordination:

Liaise with contractors, site engineers, and project managers to ensure accurate measurement and certification of work. Cost Control:

Monitor project costs related to MEP works and provide regular updates to the project management team. Compliance:

Ensure that all billing processes comply with company policies and contractual obligations. Reporting:

Generate detailed billing reports and summaries for management review. Qualifications: Billing Process, Invoicing, and Billing Systems management skills 10-15 years of experience in MEP billing, preferably in the real estate sector Bachelors degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field Proficiency in billing software and MS Office; strong understanding of MEP systems and construction billing processes Strong Analytical Skills for data interpretation and decision-making Experience in Revenue Cycle Management Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Knowledge of Real Estate industry billing processes Proficiency in relevant billing software systems Preferred Skills: Knowledge of construction contracts and related legal aspects.
