Key Responsibilities:
- Work with the CEO on developing and executing strategies to drive growth in both e-commerce and retail segments.
- Conduct detailed market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy.
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to optimise performance across online and offline channels.
- Analyze customer behaviour and trends to enhance user experience across platforms.
- Assist in preparing strategic reports and presentations for senior management.
- Keep abreast of industry developments and emerging trends in both e-commerce and retail.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field from a reputable university.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in e-commerce, retail, or strategy roles.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Passion for the luxury and retail sectors is a plus.
