Leadership & Team Management: - Recruit, train, and supervise store staff. - Schedule shifts and assign tasks to employees. - Provide ongoing feedback and performance evaluations. - Foster a positive and productive work environment.2. Customer Service: - Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints effectively. - Train staff on customer service standards and techniques. - Monitor and assess customer satisfaction levels.3.
