As we expand, we are looking for a versatile Human Resources Manager to take on a dynamic role, wearing many hats, from HR management to content and PR strategy.The Role:As a Human Resources Manager at 2PI AI Tech, you will not only manage HR functions but also be involved in a broader set of responsibilities, including public relations, content creation, social media management, customer interaction, and administrative tasks. You will be pivotal in shaping our company culture, developing our brand presence, and ensuring smooth operational workflows.Location: Patna, Bihar, IndiaKey Responsibilities: HR Management & Recruitment: Develop and execute HR strategies that align with company goals. Manage the recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring we hire top talent. Oversee employee relations, performance management, and professional development programs. Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry standards. Public Relations & Content Management: Lead PR activities to strengthen the company’s brand and reputation. Draft and oversee the creation of engaging content for both internal and external communication. Build relationships with media outlets and manage press coverage. Social Media & Digital Presence: Manage the company’s social media platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, and more. Work with the marketing team to develop content strategies that increase brand visibility and engagement. Monitor social media performance metrics and adjust strategies for optimal engagement. Customer Interaction & Communication: Handle customer interactions via email, social media, and other communication channels. Ensure that customer queries and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally. Administrative & Operational Support: Provide administrative support, such as managing office supplies, schedules, and internal communications. Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.Qualifications: Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar leadership role. Strong skills in public relations, content management, and social media strategies. Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities, including HR, PR, customer interaction, and admin tasks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in managing social media accounts for companies and using analytics tools.
