🌟 About the Opportunity:

This role is pivotal in managing fulfilment for the Aramya brand, ensuring timely deliveries and proactive customer query resolutions to enhance customer delight. The position also involves leading supply chain projects to establish and streamline processes through automation, working closely with external stakeholders to optimize performance.

🏋 Expectations:

• First Mile Logistics:
  Coordinate dispatch, ensure timely GRN, and resolve associated issues.
• Warehouse Operations:
  Supervise order dispatch per SLA for D2C and marketplace orders.
• Returns Management:
  Oversee and optimize the return process.
• Bill Processing:
  Review and manage bill processing.
• 3PL Management:
  Coordinate orders between 3PL and warehouse partners.
• Inventory Reconciliation:
  Ensure accurate stock records and reconciliation.

🦸♂️ Ideal Candidate:

• Experience:
  1-5 years in supply chain or logistics management.
• Education:
  Bachelor's degree, preferably in math-centric fields.
• Relevant Background:
  Experience in supply chain/logistics within FMCG, D2C, pharma (nutraceuticals), or quick commerce industries.
• Key Skills:
  Inventory Reconciliation (P0 priority), Warehouse Productivity Management (P1 priority), Vendor Onboarding and Management:
  Experience with 3PL partners (P2 priority)
