About the job (Job Responsibilities) Support Nouryon’s sustainability program across 3 pillars: IMPROVE, GROW, and ENGAGE Support development of ESG rating submissions (EcoVadis, CDP). Support external submissions such as the UN Global Compact for Nouryon’s commitment. Develop data process improvements to increase standardization, improve efficiency, reduce cost, and improve quality and accuracy. Assist the Sustainability team in developing presentation materials and benchmarking analysis to enhance critical thinking and maximize team effectiveness in proposals for key decisions. Contribute to Nouryon’s annual Sustainability Report amidst a rapidly evolving regulatory reporting landscape. Ensure data quality, accuracy, and relevance. Support sustainability requests from customers, external stakeholders, etc. Act as a sustainability advocate by promoting achievements and building awareness both internally and externally. Monitor developments in the field of sustainability and socialize insights to inform best practices Investigate opportunities for improvement and help build business cases for change.
We believe you bring
(Education & Experience) Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint. Strong communication skills. Adept at developing PowerPoint slides with polished visuals. Project management, with an ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects and demonstrate effective planning, and decision making. Ability to work effectively in a global team – across functions and time zones with people of diverse backgrounds. Experience with sustainability reporting and disclosure (GRI, SASB, TCFD), and ratings (CDP, EcoVadis) a plus. Knowledge of sustainability concepts and corporate environmental and social issues a plus. For example: GHG emissions, energy, water, waste, responsible supply chain, CSR – and the ability to translate these into business-relevant insights
