Job Summary: The Recruitment Manager is responsible for overseeing the recruitment process in the organization, from identifying talent needs to hiring the most qualified candidates. This role involves developing recruitment strategies, managing a recruitment team, collaborating with department heads, and ensuring the organization attracts top talent.

Key Responsibilities: Develop Recruitment Strategies:

Create and implement effective recruitment plans to meet organizational hiring needs. Manage Recruitment Process:

Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding. Team Management:

Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring they meet performance goals and recruitment timelines. Candidate Sourcing:

Identify the best sourcing channels (e.g., job boards, social media, employee referrals) to attract high-quality candidates. Screening & Interviewing:

Oversee candidate screening, interview scheduling and ensure a smooth interview process. Collaborate with Departments:

Work closely with department managers to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies. Recruitment Metrics:

Monitor and report on recruitment KPIs (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, etc.) and continuously improve recruitment processes. Employer Branding:

Promote the company as an employer of choice through social media, career fairs, and other recruitment events. Compliance:

Ensure the recruitment process complies with labor laws, equal employment opportunity (EEO) policies, and company policies. Onboarding:

Collaborate with HR to ensure a smooth transition for new hires from offer acceptance to their first day at work. Continuous Improvement:

Stay updated on industry trends and innovative recruitment methods to enhance the company's hiring process.

Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 15 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 7+ years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, HR software (e.g., Applicant Tracking Systems), and best practices. Experience in managing recruitment campaigns and high-volume hiring. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong organizational and decision-making skills. Familiarity with employment law and compliance.

Preferred Qualifications: Professional certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR). Experience with employer branding and talent acquisition marketing.
