Talent Acquisition Specialist (UK Recruitment)

30PM IST to 10:

Ahmedabad (Hybrid – Minimum 2 days work from office)

Key Responsibilities :

  • End-to-End Recruitment :
    Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for UK and European IT roles.
  • UK & European Market Expertise:
    Use your knowledge of the UK and European IT markets, industry trends, and skill demands to identify and engage top talent.
  • Labour Laws & Visa Regulations:
    Ensure recruitment practices comply with UK and European labour laws. Provide expertise on visa requirements, including sponsorship processes such as UK Tier 2 visas.
  • Talent Sourcing:
    Utilize a variety of channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and social media to source and engage with both active and passive candidates.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    Work closely with hiring managers in the UK and Europe to understand their recruitment needs and provide insights into market conditions and strategies.
  • Pipeline Management:
    Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT professionals to meet both immediate and future hiring needs.
  • Data-Driven Approach:
    Use market data and recruitment metrics to optimize hiring processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout.
  • Adaptability:
    Work effectively during UK business hours, managing multiple recruitment projects across different geographies while maintaining high-quality service delivery.


Qualifications:

  • Experience :
    Minimum of 4+ years of IT recruitment experience, with a focus on the UK and European markets.
  • Market Knowledge:
    Deep understanding of UK and European IT skillsets, trends, and hiring dynamics.
  • Legal Expertise:
    Solid knowledge of UK and European labour laws, work permits, and visa processes, including experience with sponsorship and Tier 2 visas.
  • Communication Skills:
    Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across time zones and cultures.
  • Tech-Savvy:
    Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment tools.
