👤 Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Education :
    Full-time MBA in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Experience :
    Minimum of 5 years in core HR functions, particularly talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations.
  • Industry Experience :
    Previous experience in the electrical, manufacturing, or FMEG sector is a strong advantage.
  • Skills :
  • Proficient in recruitment strategies and HR best practices.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in employer branding and creating engaging employee experiences.
  • Tech-Savvy :
    Familiarity with HR software systems and digital recruitment platforms.
  • Problem-Solver :
    Analytical mindset with the ability to solve HR-related challenges efficiently.
  • Cultural Fit :
    Collaborative, inclusive, and able to work in a diverse team setting.
