Responsibilities
Prepare both direct and indirect tax returns across 25 subsidiaries (7 holding and 18 operating entities) and get it reviewed by Manager.
Record accounting entries related to tax
Support and Manage tax notices
Ensure tax filings are covered to ensure we stay in good standing in US states and internationally.
Work with various teams to make sure all tax GL are accurate and reconciled
Qualifications
Associate's or bachelor's degree in business or accounting preferred
Proven experience in a tax position in a fast-paced environment required
Able to manage multiple engagements at a time
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Office applications
Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills
Able to work effectively with minimal supervision
Physically able to work seated in front of a computer for long hours at a time.
