Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our Watershed Development Project in Gooty, Andhra Pradesh. The ideal candidate will have a background in managing watershed development projects and be capable of leading a team to achieve project goals.


Responsibilities:

- Lead and oversee the implementation of watershed development projects in the Gooty region.

- Coordinate with local communities, government agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

- Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with project goals.

- Document project progress and prepare detailed reports using MS Excel and MS Word.

- Train and mentor team members, providing guidance and support as needed.

- Communicate effectively in Kannada, Telugu, and English to facilitate project activities and stakeholder engagement.


Qualifications:

- Any Post-Graduation with relevant experience in watershed development projects.

- Experience in managing and executing watershed projects.

- Proficiency in Kannada, Telugu, and English.

- Strong command of MS Excel and MS Word.


Preferred Skills:

- Experience in working with rural communities in Andhra Pradesh.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
