Palladium has developed the vision, mission, and objectives including the City Strategy 2030 for one of the ULBs, and is now assisting the ULB in implementing strategic impactful projects across three city transformation areas viz. Skills for Jobs, Living with our Rivers, and Health & Wellness.Palladium is also assisting with various tasks such as floating Municipal Bonds, carrying out Feasibility Studies, Commercial Viability Studies, Public Financing, and Project Finance across Infrastructure/Urban Development. As a part of this engagement, Palladium shall be supporting the client in taking forward various interventions in several areas of City Strategy 2030.In that context, Palladium is seeking to onboard a candidate to support the project requirements.Location: Pimpri Chinchwad, PuneQualification:Master’s degree or Post Graduation or equivalent in landscape architecture / urban design / environmental science / botany / forestry or related fieldExperience:At least 5 years of experienceExperience in landscape architecture/ landscape planning/urban design / horticulture / forestry, or related fields.Experience of working on sustainable design principles / green building practices such as IGBC / LEED or similar certifications, etc.Experience of working with design software (e.G., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite) and GIS applications.Experience of working with Central / State Government Departments / Agencies / ULBs / Multilateral/ Donor Agencies / International Aid Agencies / Social Organizations, etcEquity, Diversity & InclusionPalladium is committed to embedding equity, diversity, and inclusion into everything we do.
