Expected experience, skill sets and abilities:

1. A minimum of 4 to 8 years’ total experience in SAP
2. Experienced with the Modules SAP TM
3. Good knowledge in Batch management, Handling unit, Drop Shipment,
4. Should have integration with 3rd party applications (IDocs, EDI)

Your role in our team:

1. You are the contact person in 2nd and 3rd level support for our customers.
2. You classify the service requests & incidents.
3. You are looking for workarounds for current problems.
4. You develop solutions to resolve recurring errors.
5. You carry out root cause analyses.
6. You implement and test bug fixes and extensions.
7. You document solutions and create training documents and instructions.
8. You are Part of bigger IT-Projects as Expert and subproject leader.

Your profile:

1. You have completed vocational training/a completed (technical) university degree in computer science, logistics or similar.
2. You have good knowledge of logistical processes.
3. You have process knowledge in SAP TM
4. You have experience in customizing in SAP TM
5. You can read and evaluate ABAP source code.
6. Ideally you can develop in ABAP (bug fixes and changes)
7. You are familiar with how the SAP ABAP debugger works.
8. You enjoy solving puzzles and finding errors.
9. You are open to exchange within the team and with the customer.
10. You speak English fluently.
