Role Description This is a newly created full-time role for a Country Sales Manager, India, with base location can be any major city with good transportation connectivity to address the rapidly growing semiconductor and electronics assembly industry. The Country Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and achieving bookings and sales targets within the assigned region. This include managing direct sales and channel, in addition to in country field service and application team. This position reports directly to General Manager, SEA Global Equipment Solution (GES) sales. Require close collaboration with Delta's global key account team on large account penetration, Delta's IABG for the rest of local and global electronics and semiconductor target account development.

Qualifications Min of 10-15 years of capital equipment selling into semiconductor and/or electronics assembly market segment . Sales Strategy Development, Client Relationship Management, Sales Target Achievement skills Min of 5 years people management, specifically in outbound field operations. Strong negotiation and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Fluency in English and local languages Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Science, or related field Demonstrated ability to work cross function and cross site effectively.
