Technical Project Manager - (The role requires proficiency in French Language)


About the Role:

Lead a team of software engineers in the design, development, and deployment of software applications using the Android, React.JS & Node.Js Stack. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed. Collaborate with other technical leaders to develop and implement technical strategies and roadmaps.


Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership:

  • Lead a team of software engineers in the design, development, and deployment of software applications using the Android, React.JS & Node.Js Stack.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
  • Collaborate with other technical leaders to develop and implement technical strategies and roadmaps.


Project Management:

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
  • Identify opportunities for business and work closely with leadership to convert the opportunities into revenue.


Technical Architecture:

  • Design and implement technical architectures for software applications (front end & Back end) using Android IDE and integrations of front end framework using react.Js and server side using react.Js.
  • Ensure that technical architectures align with company goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with other technical leaders to develop and implement technical standards and best practices.


Collaboration and Communication:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, QA, and operations.
  • Communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders, including product managers and executives.
  • Provide regular status updates to stakeholders, including project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.


Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in Mobility technologies and experience in development of Android applications for Android Native devices.
  • Experience with integration of front end framework using react.Js and server side integration with Node.Js.


People Management:

  • Recruit, hire, and train software engineers to join the team.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
  • Develop and implement training programs to improve team skills and knowledge.


Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the Android environment.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with other technical leaders to develop and implement technical standards and best practices.


Required Skills:

Experience with Android projects and integration tools like react.Js and node.Js. Experience of working on an OTT platform with android native devices. Strong understanding of software design patterns, principles, and best practices. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
