Job Overview:
We are seeking a talent driven IT Recruiter with a minimum 2 years of experience to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the IT industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top IT talent. This role will be pivotal in supporting our company's growth by ensuring we have the right technical skills in place to drive our business forward.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

• Source, screen, and evaluate qualified IT candidates through various recruitment channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.).
• Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and overall suitability for the role.

Job Posting and Advertising:

• Create compelling job descriptions and post job openings on relevant platforms.
• Leverage social media and professional networks to attract active and passive candidates.

Candidate Management:

• Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
• Manage candidate communications, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proven experience in IT recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of the IT industry and technical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
