Roles and Responsibilities:

This role would involve managing sales activities of our products within a designated area or territory. Effective territory management, building and expanding the database and driving revenue growth in your designated territory. Work towards achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.

Candidate will be responsible for understanding the customers' requirements, providing them product information, addressing their queries and also recommending them suitable solutions. He will play a key role in the development and maintenance of customer relationships.

Negotiate pricing and terms and conditions with customers thus ensuring maximum sales opportunities with profitability. Closing deals in a timely manner by addressing objections and providing product solutions.

Identify and target new business opportunities in the territory. Generate leads through networking, attending exhibitions and other such industrial events.

Staying updated on marketing trends, customer needs and also competitor activities in the assigned territory. Gathering industry intelligence, identifying industry developments and giving feedback of the same to the sales and business development team.


Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering with 3 to 7 years' experience in the sales. Freshers may be considered.


Other requirements:

Candidate should have good communication skills and interpersonal skills.

Should have an understanding of Microsoft Office Suite products.

There should be willingness to travel in the assigned territory.
