Position Overview:

We are seeking freelance Technical Screeners with diverse expertise to join our growing team. If you have a strong background in your field and are interested in conducting freelance technical interviews during your off hours (2-4 hours per day), we would love to hear from you. We offer competitive compensation per interview. Should be able to support from 9:
00 am EST till 1:
00 pm EST for US clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform technical screenings and assessments for candidates in your area of specialization.
  • Assess candidate technical abilities through coding challenges, problem-solving tasks, and detailed technical discussions.
  • Provide comprehensive feedback and assessment reports for each candidate.
  • Work with the Outcome Logix team to enhance and refine screening processes and techniques.
  • Maintain a fair, unbiased, and professional evaluation environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven expertise in your technical field (e.G., software development, data science, cybersecurity, etc.).
  • Experience in conducting technical interviews or assessments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to dedicate 2-4 hours per week for conducting interviews.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to high standards in candidate evaluations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a technical screener or interviewer.
  • Familiarity with modern interviewing tools and platforms.
  • Relevant industry certifications or advanced degrees.
