Position Summary:

We are on the lookout for a passionate Technical Support Specialist who can skilfully co-ordinate between technical and functional teams for the software product lifecycle support. Our technology stack consists of Apache web server, Java as middleware, Apache Tomcat, Oracle Database, Linux operating system and Python. We use AWS and Oracle Cloud services for product development and deployment.



Key Responsibilities :

  • Work closely with functional and technical team for release management and client support.
  • Configure and monitor DevOps pipelines for automated releases and deployment.
  • Assist customers in deployment of application releases and patches.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues within the application using the log files and monitoring tools. Escalate to internal teams as needed.


Desired skills

  • Prior experience in technical support for a business application
  • Familiarity with technology stack - Apache web server, Tomcat, Oracle database
  • Cloud and Devops skills - AWS, OCI, Docker, Jenkins, Shell scripting
