Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Technical Support Specialist located in Chennai. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving technical issues, and providing excellent customer service. majorly on End Point Protection and Firewalls . You will work closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems, escalate complex issues when necessary, and ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.

Qualifications 3- 5 Years experience in a technical support role Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting End Point Protection & Firewalls Technical certifications

from CISCO, and FORTINET are desirable Strong knowledge of operating systems, networking technologies, and computer hardware Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Experience with ticketing and customer support tools is a plus Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
