Job Description:- Technical skills and competencies 

Experience:

Minimum

7-10 years in IT support , with at least

three years of experience in OpenStack environments . 

Technical Expertise:  Deep understanding of

OpenStack

architecture, services, and deployment models.  Extensive experience with

backup, recovery, and disaster recovery

processes within OpenStack.  Proficiency in

Linux systems administration, networking, and virtualization technologies. 

Problem-Solving Skills:

Proven track record of resolving complex technical issues in enterprise environments. 

Communication:

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 

Certifications:

Relevant certifications such as OpenStack Certified Administrator (COA), Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE), or similar are highly desirable. 

Availability:

Ability to work in a 24/7 on-call rotation and manage high-severity incidents as needed. Candidate Profile and competencies  Experience working with large-scale OpenStack deployments in industries like telecommunications, finance, or cloud service providers.  Familiarity with other cloud-native tools and platforms that integrate with OpenStack.  Prior experience in a vendor support role or similar Level 4 support capacity  Ready to work from UAE for ~2-3 years
