To give you a sense of our growth rate, we've added 70+ employees in the last 6 weeks itself and expect another 125+ by the end of Q3 2024 Essential Duties And Responsibilities : Research, write, and update technical documentation, including open source documentation, user manuals, product wiki, installation guides, API documentation, white papers, and online help. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand the product and documentation requirements. Gather and analyze technical information from various sources to create accurate and comprehensive documentation. Ensure all documentation is clear, concise, and easy to understand for the intended audience. Edit and proofread documents for grammar, style, and consistency. Organize and manage documentation sets and ensure they are easily accessible to internal and external users. Create visual aids and diagrams to enhance the understanding of complex technical concepts. Work with the development team to understand new features and changes to existing products. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field Skill Sets: Proven experience as a Technical Writer, preferably in a technology or software development environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in documentation tools such as Microsoft Word, and Confluence similar. Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts in simple terms. Strong research and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with API documentation and developer-focused content. Knowledge of software development methodologies and tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in documentation tools such as Microsoft Word, Adobe FrameMaker, MadCap Flare, or similar.
